Subjects in this study were broiler breeder, at least junior secondary education, and have at least 1 year working period. Retrieving data using the scale method, which in this study there are 2 (two) scale, the scale of risk-taking and job stress scale. Risk-taking scale prepared on aspects - aspects of the theory of Kiev (2007) which consists of 18 aitem with correlation coefficient aitem saheeh move between 0253 to 0808 with a correlation coefficient alpha for 0860, while the scale of job. stress have been prepared based on aspect aspect of the theory of Cooper & Straw (1995) consists of 26 aitem with correlation coefficient aitem saheeh move between 0498 to 1063 with a correlation coefficient alpha for 0904. The analytical method used is the technique of product moment correlation analysis of Spearman. The counting process is assisted by the program SPSS 12.0 for Windows. The results of this research is no association between risk-taking and job stress on broiler breeder with a score ofr-0012 and p-0468 (p>0.05).
