dc.description.abstractThis study aims to test the positive relationship between the religious maturity with work discipline of civil servants. The higher officials of religious maturity the higher the discipline of work. The lower the maturity of religion will get low employee discipline these employees work. The subjects in this study were Ministry of Religious Affairs Magelang civil servants. Data collecting technique used in this research was by using scale. The scale used was religious maturity scale which referred to Allport's theory (1953) and work discipline scale referred to Lateiner and Levine, Hasibuan, and Black (Amriany et al, 2004). Data analysis method used in this research was using SPSS for windows version 15 to examine the relationship between religious maturity with work discipline of civil servant who work at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Officer Magelang. Non-parametric correlation of Pearson correlation indicated by r = 0362, p = 0.000, p <0.05, which means there was a significant positive relationship between the religious maturity with work discipline of civil servants, therefore the research hypothesis was accepted.en_US
