dc.description.abstractLatar Belakang : Stroke merupakan penyakit urutan ketiga penyebab utama kematian serta peringkat pertama penyebab kecacatan di dunia. Delapan puluh persen dari penderita stroke di dunia adalah stroke iskemik. Perkembangan model stroke pada hewan melaporkan BCCAO merupakan salah satu teknik yang dapat menginduksi iskemia serebral baik fokal maupun global. Durasi iskemia diketahui dapat mempengaruhi aktivitas sel-sel inflamasi yang dapat diukur melalui darah perifer. Tujuan Penelitian : Mengetahui pengaruh durasi iskemia terhadap profil darah rutin tikus (Rattus norvegicus) pasca oklusi arteria carotis communis bilateral. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimental.Subjek penelitian adalah tikus dewasa (Rattus norvegicus) galur Wistar jantan. Tikusdikelompokkan menjadi 4 kelompok perlakuan, masing-masing terdiri dari 6 ekor. Kelompok 1 merupakan kelompok tikus sham operated, kelompok 2 merupakan kelompok tikus dengan perlakuan durasi iskemia 5 menit, kelompok 3 merupakan kelompok tikusdengan perlakuan durasi iskemia 10 menit, kelompok 4merupakan kelompok tikus dengan perlakuan durasi iskemia 20 menit. Analisis data menggunakan uji One Way ANOVAdan ujiPost Hoc Tamhane’s. Hasil : Durasi iskemia berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai neutrofil dan limfosit pasca iskemia dengan nilai p < 0,05. Kesimpulan : Terdapat pengaruh durasi iskemia terhadap profil darah rutin tikus yaitu nilai neutrofil dan limfosit pasca oklusi arteria carotis communis bilateral. Background: Stroke is the third leading cause of death and the most common cause of complex disability in the world. The most common type of stroke in the world is ischemic stroke with eighty percent of theprevalence. Bilateral common carotid artery occlusion (BCCAO) techniques and methods to induce global ischemia of the brains have been developed and optimized. Within ischemia duration the activation of inflammatory cells can be investigated through the peripheral blood. Objective:The aim of this study was to determine the effect of ischemia duration on ratroutine blood profile after bilateral common carotid artery occlusion. Methods: This experimental study with subjects, rats (Rattus norvegicus) were divided into 4 groups: group 1 was a group of shame operated, group 2 was a group with treatment of 5 minutes ischemia, group 3 was a group with treatment of 10 minutes ischemia, and group 4 was a group with treatment of 20 minutes of ischemia. Results were analyzed using One Way ANOVA test and Post Hoc Tamhane’s test. Results: The effect of ischemia duration were significantly on neutrophils and lymphocyte values with p<0.05. Conclusion: There was significant effect of ischemia duration on neutrophils and lymphocyte values after bilateral common carotid artery occlusion.en_US
