Hubungan Kematangan Emosi dengan Kompetensi Sosial Prajurit Taruna Tingkat Terakhir Akademi Angkatan Udara Indonesia di Yogyakarta

Abstract

This study examined the correlation between emotional maturity and social competence among cadet at air force academy. It hypotheses tested was based on the assumption that higher emotional maturity was correlated with higher social competence. The sample included 98 convicts male's karbol between 21 to 24 years old. Data were collected using two include social competence scale from tentrawati (Utami, 2007) and emotional maturity scale from Smithson (Riyawati, 2006).). The collected data were processes by spearment analysis. Result of the study indicated that emotional maturity was significantly related to social competence with r value 0,620, p = 0.000 (p<0.01).
