The objective of research is to find the corelation between perception on implementation of continual improvement of ISO 9001 and employee's achievement motivation at the divison of production, Sari Husada Ltd. The hypothesis was the higher employee's perception toward implementation of continual improvement of ISO 9001, the higher their achievement motivation was. Employees who have been at least one year experience at Sari Husada Ltd were the subjects of research. They are moeslem and 20 to 55 years old. The data were collected by two scales consisting of The Achievement Motivation Scale developed from McClelland's theory (Munandar 2006; Steers, 1996; Sirait, 2011), which is analyzed using the theory of Islamic perspective (Tebba, 2003; Najati, 2004; Amin 2004), and The Perception on Implementation of Continual Improvement of ISO 9001 Scale (Gaspersz 2005; Hadiwiardjo and Wibisono, 1996). The collected data were analyzed by product moment analysis using SPSS 12.0 for Windows. The result of the research indicated that perception on implementation of ISO 9001's continual improvement was significantly related to achievement motivation with value r = 0.315, p = 0.008 (p<0.01), therefore the research was highly consistent with the hypothesis.en_US
