dc.description.abstractThis study aims to examine the correlation between affective commitment with motivation to do administrative assignment for nurse. The hypotheses tested was based on the assumption that higher affective commitment was correlated with higher motivation to do administrative assigement. The subjects of this research were 59 nurse of RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto in accordance with predetermined characteristic. The data were collected using affective commitment scale from Allen and Meyer (1990) and motivation scale from Anoraga dan Suyuati (1995).The collected data were analyzed by Product moment from Karl Pearson technique with enter method. The results analysis show that affective commitment was a very significant predictor for motivation to do administrative assignment for nurse level of r values 0,321 with p=0,0007 ($p<0,01$). Based on this result, the hypothesis was accepted.en_US
