dc.description.abstractSupplier relationship management framework is used to discover prioritized dimension in supplier management practices and firm operational performance in small independent retailer. It is also used for manager to determine the action in implementation of supplier relationship management by considering a prioritized dimension. The development of minimarket has a great potential, it can be seen by the changes of people’s perspective in purchasing a products from traditional market into minimarket. Nowadays, people are more comfortable to purchase a product in minimarket because it has a good layout planning, has a lot of supporting facilities, and a lot of great deals. Researcher use Fuzzy Linguistic Variables. Linguistic variables are the use of words, abbreviations in interview, which create meaningful information for researcher as well as computers.en_US
