Pengaruh Manajemen Kesiswaan dan Sarana Prasarana serta Kinerja Guru terhadap Prestasi Belajar SIswa di Mts Negeri Berau Kalimantan Timur

Abstract

The very tight implementation of discipline can be exemplified through the permission for the absence in the school using a medical certificate from a doctor and the assignment submission in accordance with the schedule that has been set and if it is passing the specified time limit, teacher can give sanction by reducing the score based on the difference between the submission schedule and student submission. The management of infrastructure facilities is also found very good by appointing several people to be special officers who maintain and care for the facilities and infrastructure in schools. This also becomes the responsibility of all people in school environment. The principal concerns with the management the professionalism of teacher performance. Before recruiting teachers, the principal has checked the personal data and conducted interviews massively. In addition, in the middle of the current semester, the school holds a teacher competency test (UKG) to control and evaluate the ability and professionalism of a teacher. This study aims to prove to what extent the effects of student management, infrastructure, and teacher performance on educating and guiding students to generate the students with high achievement and morality (akhlakul karimah). This study used quantitative method as the data were in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. The way to collect data was by distributing the questionnaires to students and documenting student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the analysis above, it can be seen that the coefficient of a direct relationship between X1, X2, and X3 with learning achievement (Y) was described by coefficient b of XI: 461, X2: 0, 472, and X3: 0, 932, t value of 20,639, and p (sig-t) of 0.000. It indicated that p was smaller than the significance of 0.05. Based on the significance of 0.05, it indicated that the alternative hypothesis stating a significant direct relationship between teacher performance and learning achievement was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant direct effect between teacher performance and learning achievement.
