| dc.description.abstract | Drugs in the form of pulveres preparations are usually prescribed in
pediatric patients, which is medicinal ingredients need more concern to the quality
of drugs and rational treatment, and one of the most worrying problems is the
polypharmacy problem. The purpose of this research is to know the pattern of
prescribing drug in Puskesmas Sleman and to know pharmacetic problems that
happened at prescription recipe. This research is a descriptive research. Sample
prescriptions taken from January to December 2016. The data are recorded and
processed using Microsoft Office Excel, and the results are displayed in tabular
form. The results showed that most doctors still prescribe medication for pediatric
patients. There are 114 prescriptions. The number of medications in each
prescribed recipe varies from two until three drugs. The conclusion of this
research is the prescribing patterns medicinal in Puskesmas Kecamatan Sleman
used generic drug such as salbutamol, CTM, loratadine, ambroxol, vitamin C,
paracetamol, and dexamethasone; The result showed that as many as 2 kind
ofactive substances (3%) are formulated actually available inthe form of finished
drug preparations for children based on ISO Indonesia Volume 51 Tahun
2017/2018; There is no pharmacetic problem in prescribed recipe at Puskesmas
Kecamatan Sleman; and there is no potential interaction, either pharmacologically
