dc.description.abstractGlobalization and all consequences has brought new understanding about the strategies of empowerment, in which individual and social relationship has experienced transformation, thus both are irrelevant to be argued. In this context, the culture of network marketing industry is more constructed by the doer by means of internalization process of value and moral that become main principle in his work culture. Work principles, business partnership model, work community development and human resource building are the framework for the process to urge dynamic progress on social-economy dimension of society. Principles, relationship pattern and work interaction, industrial identity to be created and its strength to respond global changes, basically is principal in nature and policy that involves ethical and norm framework influence on and provide the basis for establishment of culture of network marketing industry. Moral policy and politic-business in this industry is signalized by the principle system in form of moral institutionalization as its main aspect. Network marketing industry is said a newborn phenomenon for society. The expansion of this industry in Indonesia is very influenced by global development in various sector such as social-economy, politic and culture as well. This development includes the improved awareness and increasing social expectation on more democratic live structure that will give freedom for individu to determine his own destiny, the more and more weak social protection system exists, and more powerful dominance of industrial economic system that may has impact to more and more weak people's social solidarity. The birth of network marketing industry in Indonesia brings quite unique culture and work tradition, in addition to generate new spirit for some social group, particularly if it is related with various complex social-economy problems, moreover in the crisis of multi dimension now on. The culture developed by MLM CNI industry was established with awareness about principles and values of social tradition as foundation, as a response to development of global economy. This awareness came up and constitutes a real response as implication of globalization. Most prominent character of the industry culture is the development of work values that be based on transparancy value, in which constitutes fundamental reference for the formation of work culture, particularly concerning individual authority aspect, partnership principle and business cooperation, and human resource development. The understanding about transparancy value by means of business education system with the emphasis on human dimension has great effect on more actively human resource development aspect. It is especially on development aspect of dynamic business partnership pattern in wide sense. Beside that also in the escalation of social individual autonomy among social cultural identity that increasingly be condemned. By the reason mentioned above, legitimate is gained in addition to the possibility exists for the increase of social participation in the industry, its contribution in social economy empowerment, and its effort to re-strengthen social cohesion that begins to fall out.en_US
