Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Prigi

Abstract

This Thesis is about the Problem of Implementation School Base Management in MIN Prigi Trenggalek period 2009/2010 with the point of view for the steps of observation: what is the problem concerving in the Head master of School in implementing School Base Management understand at MIN Prigi in this period? And how do the teachers with the implementation of school Base Management at that place and period? According to the resuet of the observation in MIN Prigi known that the problem of implementing school Base Management at that school has ust been doul well. This can be known from the result of interwiving about the type leader ship of the headmaster in implementing school Base Management there. And also for the teachers, they said that the implementation of sahool Base Management could not have been from the result to the Question giving to the teachers at MIN Prigi. To maximize implementation school Base Management in MIN Prigi can be reached with the several indications that is the Comitment of the Headmaster and the Teachers becomes the key of the succesful best school, the System of Programing inservice training and on the job training is very important in implementing school Base Management, so that it can be in plenated by the Teachers well. The understanding to increase the best eduction has to motivate by all stakeholder.
