dc.description.abstractThis preliminary study examined the correlation between surrender to God and psychosocial safety climate on employees. This study tested the hypothesis that surrender to God has positive correlation with psychosocial safety climate. Two hundred twenty one (98 men and 123 women) employees working in Serang and Yogyakarta. Based on the results of data analysis showed there was positive correlation between surrender to God with psychosocial safety climate on employees who work in company at Yogyakarta and Serang, which showed the higher psychosocial safety climate, the higher surrender to God too, and otherwise more higher surrender to God, employee would more feel positive psychosocial safety climate. Based on these result the, the research hypothesis was accepted.en_US
