dc.description.abstract | The aim of this research is to know the correlation between religiosity and
psychological well-being of hypertension patients at district Sleman. This research
used two scales, that were (a) scale of psychological well-being (29 items) which
created by Ryff ( in Abbott, Ploubidis, Huppert, Kuh & Croudace, 2010) with α=
0,855 and (b) Scale of religiosity (23 items) which referred to the theory of Glock
and Stark ( in Ancok & Suroso, 1994) with α= 0,906. The finding of this analysis
which used a correlation technique of Spearman Rho showed that there was a
relation between religiosity and psychological well-being (r = 0,608, (p < 0,01)),
ie the higher score of religiosity of hypertension patients effected the patients of
psychological well-being owned. In conclusion, the hypotheses of this research is
accepted. | en_US |
