dc.description.abstractSeiring meningkatnya minat dan motivasi baca AlQur’an pada masyarakat muslim dan lembaga pendidikan formal maupun nonformal, hal tersebut menjadi indikasi peningkatan kesadaran membaca AlQur’an bagi setiap muslim dan disisi lain pentingnya strategi yang tepat dalam mengajarkan kitab suci AlQur’an dengan harapan adanya kemampuan membaca dengan benar sesuai dengan qaidah tajwid, makharijul huruf, tartil sebagaimana tahsin dilakukan dalam cara penyempurnaan bagi para santri khususnya bagi para ustadz. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah diperlukan keseimbangan semangat mengajar dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki ustadz agar santri dapat menerima pembelajaran dengan baik dan benar. Tesis ini memfokuskan tentang penerapan strategi cooperative learning pada pelatihan baca Al-Qur’an bagi para ustadz Badan Koordinasi Majlis Taklim Al-Qur’an (BKMTA) Kecamatan Sawangan Kabupaten Magelang. Dengan metode kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi berupaya menyajikan data observasi kegiatan dan wawancara dari subyek penelitian yaitu pelatih, pengurus dan peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan BKMTA sebagai komunitas pemerhati AlQur’an menjadi institusi yang memberikan pelayanan pelatihan baca AlQur’an dapat diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat, dengan pelatihan baca AlQur’an yang dilakukan secara kelompok, melibatkan peran aktif peserta dan dipandu oleh pelatih dengan tahap persiapan, kegiatan, tahsin dan evaluasi dirasakan cukup efektif, menyenangkan dan peserta termotivasi untuk bisa membaca dengan lebih baik sebagaimana prinsip-prinsip strategi cooperative learning diterapkan dalam pelatihan. Dalam penerapannya, untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dibutuhkan pertemuan yang intensif meskipun hanya sebulan sekali, disiplin waktu kehadiran dan ketekunan membaca secara mandiri. Sehingga akan diperoleh out put pelatihan yang maksimal baik dari sisi teori maupun praktik. Diharapkan penelitian ini menjadi referensi ilmiah dalam inovasi penguatan kapasitas pengajar AlQur’an. Along with the increase of the interest and motivation to read the Holy AlQur’an among Moslem communities and formal or informal education institutions, it is becoming an indication of the increasing awareness to read the Holy AlQur’an for every Moslem and on the other side it is becoming important for an accurate strategy in teaching the Holy AlQur’an with an expectation of the emergence of competence in reading correctly in accordance with the principles of Tajwid, makharijul huruf, and Tartil as Tahsin for the perfectness for the Santri (students) and in particular for the Ustadz. The issues appeared is related to how to trigger the spirit to learn with the competence of the Ustadz to make the Santri possible to absorb the learning well and correctly. This thesis is focused on the implementation of cooperative learning strategy in training of reading the Holy Al-Qur’an for the ustadz at Badan Koordinasi Majlis Taklim Al-Qur’an (BKMTA) in Sawangan District, Magelang Regency. With the qualitative method and using the phenomenological approach, the researcher attempts to present the data on the observation of the activity and interview from the research subjects; namely trainers, committees and the training participants. The result of the research showed that BKMTA as a community concerning with the Holy Al-Qur’an and as an institution providing the service in the training of reading AlQur’an can be accepted well by society. Through the training of reading the Holy AlQur’an done in group, it has involved the active role of participants and guided by the trainer through the phases of preparation, activity, tahsin and evaluation that can be considered sufficiently effective, fun, in which the participants could be motivated to be able to read better as the principles in cooperative learning as applied in training. In its implementation, to obtain a maximum result, an intensive meeting was required though it was only once in a month. It also needs discipline in attendance time and diligence to read independently. Thus, it could obtain the optimal output of training either in the side of theory or in practice. It is expected that this research can be a scientific reference in the innovation on the capacity building of the teachers of reading the Holy Al Qur’an.en_US
