    Abstract
Bandung is a city that continues to strive for inclusivity, especially for people with disabilities. The empowerment of difabled individuals in Bandung still faces challenges, particularly in access to inclusive public spaces and skill-building opportunities. One strategy to address this is through the development of a training and community center that supports their potential, especially in the field of circular economy. With a center that applies an inclusive multi-sensory architectural approach, it is hoped this facility can create a safe, accessible, and empowering environment connected to the local context.
