MODEL PENGUKURAN TINGKAT KEMAMPUAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan model pengukuran tingkat kemampuan Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang dapat diterima oleh Sumber Baru Land dengan framework COBIT 5. Dari model pengukuran kemampuan TI tersebut sehingga dapat mengetahui kondisi capability level pada organisasi dalam menerapkan Teknologi Informasi (TI) pada kondisi saat ini. Kemudian organisasi diberikan rekomendasi atas penerapan proses TI yang sedang dilakukan agar dapat meningkatkan capaian kinerja TI dalam mendukung pencapaian target kerja Sumber Baru Land. Jika penerapan TI sudah signifikan dan terkategori capable/mampu maka diberikan rekomendasi aktivitas agar dapat maksimal penerapannya sesuai standar COBIT 5. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode wawancara, observasi langsung, dan penggunaan kuesioner pada stakeholder Sumber Baru Land. Hasil yang dicapai bahwa capability level organisasi Sumber Baru Land saat ini rata-rata proses berada pada level 1 (Performed). Namun ada satu proses pada level 2 (Managed Process), yaitu proses EDM02 : Menjamin pencapaian manfaat dengan hasil pengukuran PA 1.1 persentase 88,89% rating ‘F’ (Fully Achieved) dan proses pada level 2 yaitu PA 2.1 persentase 72,22 % rating ‘L’ (Largely Achieved) dan PA 2.2 persentase 66.67% rating ‘L’ (Largely Achieved). Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa Sumber Baru Land sudah memiliki capability level yang cukup baik. Organisasi sudah mengetahui tetang aktivitas teknologi informasi yang ada di organisasi. Hanya pada umumnya belum disediakan lingkungan yang stabil untuk melakukan aktivitas operasional teknologi informasi dan dalam pengembangan produk teknologi informasi.

The purpose of this study is to develop a model of measurement of the level of the ability of Information Technology (IT) that can be accepted by Sumber Baru Land with COBIT framework 5. From the measurement model of IT capability so as to know the condition of capability level in the organization in applying Information Technology (IT) in the current condition. Then the organization is given recommendations on the implementation of the IT process that is being done in order to improve IT performance performance in support of the achievement of Sumber Baru Land work targets. If the application of IT is significant and capable categorized then it is recommended activity to maximize its implementation according to COBIT standard 5. The method used in this research is interview method, direct observation, and the use of questionnaire to stakeholder Sumber Baru Land. The results achieved that the capability level of the organization of Sumber Baru Land currently process average is at level 1 (Performed). But there is one process at level 2 (Managed Process), that is EDM02 process: Ensure the achievement of benefit with result of measurement PA 1.1 percentage 88,89% F 'rating (Fully Achieved) and process at level 2 that is PA 2.1 percentage 72,22% rating of 'L' (Largely Achieved) and PA 2.2 percentage of 66.67% 'L' (Largely Achieved) rating. Conclusion from this research that Sumber Baru Land already has a good capability level. The organization already knows the information technology activities that exist in the organization. Only in general has not provided a stable environment to conduct operational activities of information technology and in the development of information technology products.
