    Abstract
This study aims to find out the correlation between person-organization fit (POF) and organizational commitment (OC) on business process outsourcing (BPO) employees. The subjects of this study were 88 BPO customer service employees aged 22-30 year old. The measurement of each variable uses 9-items POF scale translated and adapted from Cable and DeRue (2016) and 22-items Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) translated and adapted from Allen and Meyer (1990). The result shows that there is a positive significant correlation between POF and OC on BPO employees (p=0.000, R 2=0.397). Therefore, it can be concluded that the higher person-organization fit on BPO employees, the higher their organizational commitment, vice versa. Person- organization fit effectively contributed amount 39,7% to organizational commitment, the remaining 60,3 % influenced by other factors.
