    Abstract
The Development in several fields is currently increasing. This increase directly impacts the development of transportation, especially land transportation. In the development of land transportation, it requires road facilities, which require quite a lot of material as road materials. To overcome the above problems, it is necessary to find alternative materials to be able to utilize the available natural resources, one of which is the waste of the extraction filter in the Highway Laboratory, Department of Civil Engineering FTSP UII, the extraction filter waste so that it can be used to meet the needs of the filler, research is needed so that it can be used properly. Extraction filter waste will be used as an additional filler material in AC-BC asphalt concrete mixture. As the main component in the AC-BC mixture is the largest portion of aggregate, almost reaching 93 to 95% of the unit weight, and the rest of the weight of asphalt as a binder. AC-BC mixture is usually used for foundation layers and surface layers (wearing layers) whose gradation is used continuous gradation that meets the specifications of Bina Marga 2010 Revision 2. This study aims to determine the portion (%) of extraction filter waste as an additional filler material, and to determine the results of the study using the characteristics of the Marshal test, so that it will produce optimal asphalt content (KAO). From the results of the Job Mix Design (JMD) that will be carried out, it produces Flow Value Stability, VMA; VFWA, VITM and optimum asphalt content (KAO). then from the KAO a sample is made which is added with extraction filter waste with portions of 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 5%
