    Abstract
The increasing mobility of Cirebon City residents highlights the urgent need for a reliable public transportation system, such as the Trans Cirebon BRT Corridor II. This study evaluates its operational performance and identifies key factors influencing its use through a descriptive quantitative approach involving on-board observations, questionnaires, and secondary data. Referring to standards from the Directorate General of Land Transportation and Ministerial Regulation No. PM 10 of 2012, the evaluation focuses on indicators such as load factor, headway, stop accessibility, travel time, speed, and vehicle availability, while influencing factors are analyzed using ordinal logistic regression. Results show that the load factor (21–30%), speed (18.31–18.86 km/h), and stop accessibility (7.9% within 500 meters) fall below standards, although headway (15 minutes) is acceptable. Factors such as accessibility, comfort, fare, speed, and service information significantly influence user decisions. The study concludes that operational performance is still suboptimal, and recommends improvements in service quality and accessibility to support sustainable urban mobility.
