    Abstract
The infrastructure development of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) Project on the Betung-Jambi section has a significant impact on economic growth. This type of rigid pavement is a solution to distribute the load of heavy vehicles effectively and evenly without experiencing significant damage. Quality control is a stage carried out to ensure the quality of the structure of the road pavement layer The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of quality control testing and compare the results with applicable technical specifications. The data used in this study was obtained from the results of tests in the field and in the laboratory with contractors. The focus of observation in this study is Main Road Sta. 165 + 325 to 165 + 425 L1 side. The results of the analysis showed that the CBR values of 0.1 inch and 0.2 inch top subgrade were in the range of 14.23% - 17.56%, and the field density reached 100.55% - 101.69%, without excessive deformation in the proof rolling test. The capping/sepator layer and drainage layer also meet the density standards, 100.11% - 101.95% and 99.39% - 100.77%, respectively. Lean concrete with fc 10 MPa concrete quality showed a compressive strength of 13.66 N/mm2 at the age of 28 days, while concrete slab with fs concrete quality of 45 kg/cm2 had a flexural strength of 51.53 kg/cm2 at the age of 28 days. Overall, the quality control has met the applicable technical specifications, so that the rigid pavement at this project site is ensured to be able to provide optimal performance and service life as planned.
