This research analyzes the fulfillment of raw water and irrigation needs in Gunungkidul Regency through the Oyo watershed. Water sources in this district are difficult to access due to specific hydrological systems and limited groundwater potential. The Oyo River is an important water source for the surrounding communities. Population growth in nine sub-districts as well as irrigation needs in the Payaman Irrigation Area require an analysis of water availability. The F. J. Mock method was used to calculate the water balance, supported by the Polygon Thiessen method for regional rainfall and the modified Penman method for potential evapotranspiration. The projected raw water demand until 2033 shows a peak demand of 5.29 m³/second. Water availability in the Oyo watershed shows a surplus in certain months, but not enough to meet the needs throughout the year, so the construction of a reservoir with a volume of 185726417 m³ for the next 10 years is required.en_US
