Perencanaan anggaran biaya pada pekerjaan struktur jembatan berbasis 5D BIM
Abstract
The construction sector in Indonesia faces fundamental issues related to productivity, financial aspects, and technology
adoption, which are exacerbated by a low level of digitalization. Building Information Modeling (BIM) has produced a solution,
particularly in enhancing the accuracy of cost calculations that are essential for budget control and project management. This
study focuses on investigating the implementation of the fifth dimension (5D) BIM to cost planning of structural work. The
chosen case study is the Planjan-Baron-Tepus New Road Bridge Project in Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta, with the targeted
output being a more accurate and efficient Cost Budget Plan (RAB) for the concrete bridge structure work. The steps
undertaken began with modeling 2D re-drawings into a 3D model using Tekla Structures software, which is already
integrated with Vico Office software as the 5D (cost estimate) processing software. This integration eliminates the need for IFC
files. The research results indicate that the application of BIM 5D significantly enhances the efficiency and accuracy of bridge
project cost planning. Detailed 3D modeling and dimensional integration enable a dynamic cost budget plan (RAB), in-depth
cost analysis, and real-time control. In this research, the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) 5D in the
cost estimation of the bridge structure yielded a Cost Budget Plan (RAB) amounting to IDR 14.533.619.827,25.
