One aspect of infrastructure development is concreting, but this concreting has an impact on the water on the surface not directly seeping into the ground (infiltration) and can cause waterlogging if not channeled to the drainage channel. One of the concrete innovations that has been done is porous concrete. Porous Concrete has a relatively low compressive strength, so to increase it, it is necessary to add Portland cement and fly ash from coal waste. This porous concrete research uses a water cement factor (fas) = 0.4 with a cement to coarse aggregate ratio of 1: 6 and used crushed stone from Merapi with a diameter of 5 cm and 3 cm. The cement used is Tiga Roda type 1 cement with the addition of fly ash from the Tanjung Jati iPLTU, Jepara, as much as i0% - 50% of the weight of the cement. The test object uses a cylindrical tube with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm. The test results show that: (1) Merapi spit wear rate of 56.70%; (2) the volume weight of porous concrete is obtained in the range of 1560 - 1755 (kg / m³); (3) the highest compressive strength of 3.85 MPa occurred in pervious concrete with 3 cm diameter aggregate and 50% fly ash addition; (4) the main cause of damage to pervious concrete is the separation from of aggregate from the cement paste.en_US
