The results showed that the procedure for litigating through e-litigation is generally not much different from the manual method, the main difference being the use of electronic media. People who want to use e-litigation will register their case online through the e-court web. The next stage is payment and summons made through the e-court web. The e-litigation process is conducted through the e-court web and e-mail, but still requires face-to- face meetings during the first hearing, proof, and reading of the decision. The implementation of e-Court so far has been effective when viewed from the law, law enforcement officials, facilities and infrastructure. However, there are still obstacles from the traditional legal culture and people's ability to use online media. E-Court can be categorized as a hajjiyat need and provides protection to Hifdz Annafs and Hifdz Al-Mal.
