dc.description.abstractThe online shopping market in Indonesia is predicted to increase along with the growth of internet access. The opportunity is exploited by Shopee who ambition to become e-commerce leader in Indonesia. In a business, a company would need a medium in order to interact directly with its customers. One of the most popular social media today is Facebook. Customers could submit complaints, compliments, questions or opinions through comments field on Facebook. In this study classification of comments on the Facebook Page Shopee using support vector machine method. The data were collected using the crawling method using the Facebook API Graph was taken from Shopee submissions on August 22, 2017 to September 17, 2017. Of the 100 submissions, researchers got 1145 comments. Results of classification by SVM method showed an accuracy of 82.95%.en_US
