    Abstract
The drainage system of Pepe Hulu River is a system facing waterlogging issues. Situated in the Banjarsari and Jabres Districts, the Pepe Hulu River Drainage System experiences a high influx of water that overwhelms its channels, resulting in water accumulation. Hence, a study of the drainage channels is necessary, along with solutions to address the waterlogging in the Districts Banjarsari and Jabres. Drainage channel simulation is conducted using the HEC-RAS application to model the channels, their cross-sectional conditions, and potential solutions. Data collection involves gathering information from relevant agencies. The method used to calculate the design discharge is rational, involving channel modeling using HECRAS. Channel analysis is performed to determine the channels' capacity. Solutions involve structural planning for the channels experiencing waterlogging to reduce it. The research findings indicate that several channels in the the system of Pepe Hulu River drainage system overflow due to their capacity being smaller than the planned discharge. To address this issue, normalization of the channels and the construction of infiltration wells are proposed solutions. Analysis reveals waterlogging in channels H2, H3.1c, H4, H6, H7a, H7b, and H10, necessitating alternative solutions. The proposed solution involves altering channel dimensions until the planned discharge can be fully accommodated, alongside constructing infiltration wells with a depth of 2.2 m and a diameter of 1 m for every 36 m2 of roof area, with a reduction discharge rate of 0.00028 m3/s for each infiltration well.
