One of the innovations made in utilizing industrial wastes is to use them as one of the constituent materials in concrete mixtures, including ash from burning wood powder as a partial substitute for cement in concrete mixtures. However, the use of wood ash shows a decrease in strength in concrete both in terms of compressive strength and tensile strength as the level of wood ash used increases. This is because the porous structure of wood ash can absorb more water and cause low workability. To improve the strength of the concrete mix, admixtures are needed that can maintain the randomness of the concrete mix. One of them is adding SikaCim Concrete Additive. SikaCim Concrete Additive can reduce the use of water by up to 20% which will have the effect of increasing compressive strength by 40% at the age of 28 days. In this study, SikaCim Concrete Additive was used at 0%; 0.6%; 0.7%; and 0.8% of the total weight of cement and reduced the water content by 15% in concrete with 5% and 10% of the total weight of rosewood ash as partial substitution of cement. This study was conducted to determine the value of compressive strength, split tensile strength, water absorption, and porosity of concrete at 28 days of age. The results showed that SikaCim Concrete Additive can increase the compressive strength and split tensile strength, and can reduce the water absorption value and porosity of concrete. The use of SikaCim Concrete Additive content up to 0.8% can provide concrete compressive strength of 34.237 MPa in 5% wood ash variation concrete and 27.506 MPa in 10% wood ash variation concrete. Split tensile strength of 2,955 MPa in 5% wood ash variation concrete and 2,763 MPa in 10% wood ash variation concrete. Water absorption of 2.69% in 5% wood ash variation concrete and 2.77% in 10% wood ash variation concrete. Porosity of 5.24% in 5% wood ash variation concrete and 5.38% in 10% wood ash variation concreteen_US
