    Abstract
Infrastructure development is being carried out intensively in Indonesia. Generally, in infrastructure development, the material used is concrete. Concrete is a mixture of fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water, and cement. One of the materials that affect the quality of concrete is water. The water used for making concrete generally has a pH of 7 (neutral). However, in reality, the manufacture of concrete in the field rarely pays attention to the pH of the water used, such as the use of well water, swamp water or sea water found around the project. This can happen because the project location is far away and there is no availability of resource water companies. As a result, the use of local water becomes an alternative. This study used variations of water pH 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in concrete mixtures. The research specimen used a cylinder with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm. The tests carried out were testing the compressive strength of concrete, split tensile strength of concrete, and modulus of elasticity of concrete when the concrete was 28 days old. Concrete mix planning is based on SNI 2834-2000 with a planned concrete quality of 25 MPa. The results of this study indicate that the variation of water pH 7 produces the highest compressive strength, split tensile strength, and modulus of elasticity of concrete with sequential values of 26.47 MPa, 2.89 MPa, and 28920.11 MPa. The pH variation of water 10 produces the lowest compressive strength, split tensile strength, and modulus of elasticity of concrete with sequential values of 23.70 MPa, 2.20 MPa, and 24999.68 MPa.
