This study evaluates the axial bearing capacity of pile foundations on clay soil in Cakung, East Jakarta, a region with complex soil conditions for construction. The research involves collecting field data using a Hydraulic Static Pile Driver (HSPD) to measure hydraulic pressure during pile installation and analyzing data from Standard Penetration Tests (SPT) and Pile Driving Analyzer (PDA) tests. Results show significant variations in bearing capacity at different depths, ranging from 8 to 12 meters. Pile points near BH-04 and BH-03 faced difficulties reaching 12 meters depth as the soil bearing capacity exceeded the HSPD capacity before this depth. A substantial increase in post-installation bearing capacity was observed through PDA tests, with an increase of 79.19 tons at grid A-5 after 19 days. This increase is due to augmented friction over time, as shown by CAPWAP analysis in the PDA tests. There is a strong correlation between HSPD manometer data and undrained shear strength (Cu), with a determination coefficient (R2) of 0.8286. Using HSPD manometer data for evaluating bearing capacity provides more accurate and consistent results compared to conventional methods relying solely on soil investigation data. Additionally, the use of HSPD in pile installation offers better control over pile positioning and depth, while reducing vibration and noise impacts, making it suitable for densely populated urban areas. PDA tests validate HSPD data, demonstrating significant post-installation capacity increases, crucial for ensuring structural safety and stability.en_US
