Pavement condition evaluation is essential for determining the right road treatment. This paper presents an evaluation of pavement conditions of Jalan Kaliurang KM 17 - KM 18 based on (PCI) and the deflection by using Benkelman beam. Based on the finding, different repair option were identified and thickness of overlay was calculated based on Bina Marga 2017 design manual. The results showed that the average PCI value in both directions was 66, which is in the good category, with the most damage of crocodile cracks with a total corrected deduct value in both directions of 52.5%, potholes of 30.7%, and patching of 11%. Based on Benkelman Beam, the average deflection was 0.943 mm, while the representative deflection was 1.369 mm. Alternative repairs can be done by patching, crack sealing, crack filling, and seal coat, while rehabilitation with overlay for a projected load of 1.3 x 106 ESAL requires a thickness of 35 mm.en_US
