    Abstract
Batang Regency is a strategic location that caused many new investments being built, one of them is the Batang Industrial Park (BIP). This is also caused an attraction for regional development, especially the housing sector to become a business opportunity. The high residential growth in Batang Regency can be used as a business opportunity for developers to make strategic residential developments around the Batang Industrial Park (BIP) area. Developers need to setting several criteria to be used as options for subsidized KPR housing development in BIP. Determining consumer criteria can be completed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to assist decision making by considering the scoring value (weight) on each criterion. There are eight criteria in this study, that is: selling price (K1), road network (K2), slope of land (K3), disaster vulnerability (K4), water network (K5), educational facilities (K6), health facilities (K7), and a shopping center (K8). From the result of the assessment on each criterion according to the respondents, then an analysis of the potential level/rating to find out the public's interest in the criteria for subsidized KPR housing. The results of data process using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method obtained the results of the sequence of criteria from the highest to the lowest weight, that is disaster vulnerability features (K4) with a weight of 0.1578, criteria for water networks (K5) with a weight of 0.1499, selling price criteria (K1) with a weight of 0.1371, slope criteria (K3) with a weight of 0.1348, criteria road network (K2) with a weight of 0.1226, features of educational facilities (K6) with a weight of 0.1128, recreational health facilities (K7) with a weight of 0.1091, and world recreation centers (K8) with a weight of 0.0758.
