    Abstract
Work at height on construction work is associated with hazards and accidents. According to the Ministry of Manpower noted the high number of work accidents experienced by construction workers is relatively high Work in confined space is a room that has the following characteristics: Construction of a room sufficient for a person to enter it and do work in it, Access in and out is limited, Not designed for work space and continuous work. Elevator construction work is one part of construction work in confined spaces and has a high risk of work accidents. In the process of installing the elevator, workers are needed who directly install it in the project area. The Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method is a technique used to identify risks that play a role in identifying the risk of failure. This method is carried out with a top down approach, which begins with the assumption of failure from the peak event (Top Event) then details the causes of a Top Event to a root cause. Logic gates describe the conditions that trigger failures. The result of this study is an analysis of the causes of hazards through a Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) diagram from identifying hazard risks in Elevator and Roof Construction work.
