    Abstract
Irrigation network improvement/ rehabilitation activities (DAK) in 2021 consist of several works. Most job locations are difficult to access by vehicle, so the mobility of labor, tools and materials can be an obstacle. Large water flows, and high rainfall can also be one of the obstacles in carrying out irrigation network rehabilitation work, as well as hill and highland areas that are prone to landslides on irrigation networks. The subject of this study is a Service Provider as the executor of the work. The object of this study is risk management on irrigation network construction work in Wonosobo Regency. This research is a quantitative study, the collection of data taken from respondents in the form of an assessment of the possibility and severity of risks that may occur in the 2021 Irrigation Network Rehabilitation / Improvement Activities (DAK) in Wonosobo Regency is processed in numerical values so as to produce risk priorities. From the results of qualitative risk analysis using Australia / New Zealand Standard 4360, it is known that there are 28 risk indicators. The main risk priority in the 2021 irrigation network improvement/rehabilitation activities (DAK) in Wonosobo Regency is the risk of natural conditions with a risk weight of 12.50 (19.37%). Risk indicators that are included in the extreme risk category are hard-to-reach location conditions, bad weather conditions and material price increases. Risk avoidance is a control effort carried out in avoiding extreme risk.
