    Abstract
Every agency or company engaged in the world of construction has a goal to be able to win the competition, by providing the best value. In addition to increasing value, every company must also minimize waste. The involvement of many parties will indirectly form a pattern or series of relationships to produce goods or services for customer satisfaction and increase value through the supply chain. The supply chain has a high complexity in each job, the bigger a building, the higher the complexity in it and the greater the risks that can occur. The risk in question can be in the form of accidents or failures that cause losses, which can be caused by technical errors or communication errors. The method used to determine supply chain risk is direct observation, interviews in the form of pre-survey checklist questionnaires and primary survey checklist questionnaires based on the perceptions of each respondent, as well as data analysis with percentage ratings. The results of the risk analysis obtained are that there are 18 risk variables identified in the material supply chain for road infrastructure projects. There are 3 risk variables that often occur according to the contractor, 2 risk variables that often occur according to the supplier. For shared risks between contractors and suppliers, there are 2 risk variables that often occur.
