Abstract

The construction of facilities and infrastructure in large rivers always has its own challenges because the implementation of construction work on rivers must pay attention to many factors such as river water level conditions, weather, access to locations that tend to be difficult and others. Determination of the implementation period for the work is also very influential in the success of facilities and infrastructure development projects on the river, especially the infrastructure and facilities development projects in each river are almost always carried out by the government which has strict rules in the implementation period. This study aims to make a comparative analysis of the implementation cost plan for the rehabilitation of Bantar Groundsill concrete blocks by conceptualizing a method that can be implemented with single-year contracts and multi-year contracts. The implementation of the research resulted that the implementation of work with a single year contract had a difference in implementation costs with a multi-year contract of Rp655.818.336,59, which is a large difference, so that the implementation of the work is recommended using a multi-year contract.
