Manajemen Risiko Pada Pelaksanaan Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSUD Wonosari

Abstract

A construction company is one of the dynamic fields when compared to other engaged companies, the construction company is one of the business sectors that has a high risk. Management in a company is needed to achieve the goals that are expected to be achieved. Risk management in managing a construction service company is something that needs to be considered in the company's steps to continue to develop its company. The subjects in this study were the contractors implementing the construction of the central surgery installation building, namely PT. Karya Agung. The object of this study is the risk in the construction project of the Central Surgical Installation Building at the Wonosari Regional General Hospital, Gunung Kidul Regency from October to December 2017. There were 6 implementing contractor respondents who directly handled the IBS construction project at Wonosari Hospital. Assessment of the level of likelihood and consequence. the factors identified as part of the risk sources were analyzed using the AS/NZS 4360 measurement standard, in terms of obtaining the main risk aspects by using the method of factor analysis and principal component analysis of the data from the questionnaire results. In the extreme risk grouping, there are 4 risk indicators, namely risk indicators for location conditions that are difficult to reach, wrong or incomplete designs, difficulties in implementing new/special technologies, delays in material delivery
