Regulations for planning earthquake-resistant building structures in Indonesia have developed in line with the earthquake disaster in Indonesia, from SNI 1726-2012 being revised to SNI 1726- 2019. So the emergence of new regulations, results in the need to review the building structure using the new regulations. The problem to be studied is how much the seismic response changes that occur in the superstructure of the building which includes the base shear force, drift ratio, and Pdelta effect and re-planning the structure. The method used in this research is using response spectrum analysis. The program used in this analysis is SAP2000. Based on the vertical irregularity analysis, it is found that this building meets the vertical irregularity requirements. The results of the analysis of horizontal irregularities, namely torsion irregularities, show that during the earthquake in the y direction the building experiences torsion irregularities on the 1st to 5th floors. The results of the analysis of the drift between floors found that based on SNI 03-1726- 2012 and SNI 03-1726-2019 when using earthquake loads in the x and y directions it fulfills of the drift ratio. Based on the results of the analysis of the effect of P delta, it is known that based on SNI 03-1726-2012 and SNI 03-1726- 2019 it has fulfilled the requirements for the influence of P-delta. Based on the results of the seismic response analysis using SNI 03-1726-2019 the structure of the Cilacap State Polytechnic Joint Lecture Building has met the structural performance requirements. In the cross-sectional analysis of the beams and columns after scaling the base shear forces it is concluded that the crosssections of the beams and columns still meet the requirements according to SNI 03-1726-2019.
