    Abstract
Flash floods that often occur in the Sukabumi area always cause casualties. Therefore, disaster management measures areneeded, including constructing a Vertical Evacuation Site (TEV) building. This paper aims to model the flash flood loads andthen recapitulate the internal forces that work. This paper calculates the flash flood load and then designs the buildinglayout. Then modeling is carried out using the SAP 2000 application and applying flood load calculations to the 3D modelingto obtain the internal forces acting on each element. The result is hydrodynamic force was 6,822 kN/m, the impulsive forcewas 10,233 kN/m, the debris impact force was 241,230 kN, the water-borne debris shielding effect was 10,006 kN/m.andanalysis of flood load combinations obtained that the most significant moment value is in the first combination with a valueof 882,84 kNm and the most significant shear force value is in the first combination with a value of 589,141 kN.
