    Abstract
The construction of multi-story buildings in Wonosobo Regency plays a strategic role in improving public service quality and supporting local economic growth. However, like other infrastructure projects, it faces significant risks that can affect its success. This research aims to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to ensure project objectives in terms of time, cost, and quality are achieved. The study employs a combination of observations, interviews, and questionnaires involving experts and stakeholders. A total of 23 risks were identified and categorized into nine groups: material, equipment, labor, financial, environmental conditions, social factors, politics, construction methods, and safety. Risk assessment was conducted using probability and impact analysis, classifying risks into High Risk (11 variables), Moderate Risk (9 variables), Extreme Risk (1 variable), and Low Risk (3 variables). The results indicate that labor risks are the most dominant, while political risks are the least significant. Mitigation strategies include early material procurement, workforce training, realistic cash flow management, and enhancing safety standards through regular training and audits. In conclusion, effective risk management through systematic identification, analysis, and mitigation is essential to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
