    Abstract
    Sleman Regency in Indonesia has the highest access to livable housing, leading to rise in housing demand. However, this has led to issues with the quality of infrastructure, facilities, and public utilities in housing complexes. Regular analysis is needed to address problems like damaged roads, sedimented drainage, and lack of public parking. This study aims to identify the completeness and quality of infrastructure, facilities, and public utilities provided in housing complex areas based on regulated standards. Data was analyzed using IBM Statistics SPSS (Statistics Products and Service Solution) program, Google Maps, and Google Earth with a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research focuses on the quality and completeness of PSU in housing complexes in Sleman Regency, with data acquisition using observation, interview, and questionnaire techniques. The results of the analysis of the completeness and quality of infrastructure, facilities, and public utilities in Sleman Regency Housing Complexes are mostly in the category of completeness and quality of PSU which is quite good with the first housing complex with an average value of 3,69, second 3,55, then the third position with an average value of 3,38, and the last position with an average value of 3,37. However, several aspects of PSU that still need repair, completion, and improvement based on Sleman Regent Regulation No 28.8 of 2022 and SNI 03-1733-2004.
