    Abstract
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a critical element in supporting productivity and operational sustainability, particularly in the construction sector, which has the highest workplace accident rates. This study aims to identify potential hazards in building maintenance work at PT Dirgantara Indonesia using the Construction Safety Analysis (CSA) method. The research aims to identify potential hazards in the implementation of safety standards in the construction sector, particularly in building maintenance work within PT Dirgantara Indonesia. The research focuses on four main types of work: roofing, doors and frames, walls, and flooring. Data were collected through field observations and interviews, then analyzed using CSA and verified by OHS experts. The results show that roofing work has 54 potential hazards, door and framework 35 potential hazards, wall work 45 potential hazards, and flooring work 35 potential hazards. The majority of hazards are caused by a lack of understanding among workers regarding safe work methods. To address this issue, ef orts to enhance awareness and focused safety training are required. This study provides guidance for developing an integrated and ef ective safety system to minimize workplace accident risks and create a safer working environment in the construction sector.
