Precast Material Composite Panel Kalsiboard-Stayrofoam is a lightweight concrete construction that utilizes recycled industrial waste. The low compressive strength of styrofoam material, obtains more strength and stiffness in the sandwich composite system with a layer of kalsiboard skin. Cyclic testing has been carried out based on ASTM E1216 in this study. The stability of the panel wall on the precast sloof with a notch and bolt system on the clamping seat engineering is able to increase the elastic behavior, stiffness and durability of the wall system that behaves swaying receiving cyclic horizontal forces without wall collapse. In this study, the LCP 1 test specimen which utilizes the production of panels for floors that have an additional layer in the form of wiremesh obtained the best strength, tenacity and performance in full- scale testing for the concept of earthquake-resistant simple house walls. This engineering is a new innovation for simple earthquake-resistant house walls to minimize building damage that causes casualties that offers strength, short processing time and minimizes the need for labor in narrow workspace conditions and complicated reach in handling earthquake disaster victims.en_US
