    Abstract
The construction project of the Tasikmalaya North Ring Road Bridge (Cilosch Bridge) is planned to use a bored pile foundation with a diameter of 1 5 m with a total of 18 poles in one group and a depth of 24 m. The purpose of this study is that researchers want to know the bearing capacity of the foundation and the decrease that occurs if using alternative diameters. Thus, the benefit of this study is that it can find out how to analyze the carrying capacity and lowering of the Bored Pile pile foundation. The planning for the construction of the bored pile foundation will use an alternative diameter, which is 1.2 m with a pile depth of 24 m. The design of the bored pile foundation is carried out by static methods, namely the Meyernoff and Reese & Wright methods based on the results of the SPT test After the calculations have been completed, researchers validated uxing the PLAXIS 2D V20 program. The results of the analysis of the carrying capacity of the Meyerhoff method drill pile group with a diameter of 1.2 m were obtained at 197412.64 kN. While Reese & Wright obtained 200587.57 kN The result of lowering the pole group using theoretical methods on alternative diameters for the Meyerhoff method amounted to 0.043 m. For Reese & Wright it was 0.071 m. The results of re-checking using the PLAXIS 2D V20 program obtained the result of the bearing capacity of the bored pile foundation and a greater decrease than the theoretical method From the calculation of carrying capacity and reduction, it can be concluded that it is safe because it meets the existing requirements
