    Abstract
The BIM concept represents a construction project in a 3D model with essential information throughout the entire construction cycle. Implementation of the BIM is currently increasing to support the development of the digital construction era. A digital-based sustainable construction process provides its own challenges that encourage the use of BIM The application of BIM 4D can improve the planning process by visualizing the activities of the construction process during a predetermined schedule This is can help identify early on schedule conflicts possible. The advantages and benefits of the BIM 4D implementation need to be explored further in the possibility of using collaborative models, and applied to the scheduling planning of groundsill structural work. Collaborative modeling through software that support modeling soll condition and has collaborated with structural models through other software is presented as a basis for collaborative modeis tailored to groundsill planning BIM 4D analysis is for models development and to get scheduling duration results with the process of determining the calculation of activity duration. This calculation is done by considering the volume of work from the Quantity Take Off. The results of the scheduling plan show that the total duration to complete of the groundsill structure work is 97 days. The collaborative implementation of the BIM model is still limited, and the 4D results provide a visual breakdown of the duration for each job according to the correct sequence and related relationships
