    Abstract
Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trans Banyumas corridor Pasar Pon-Terminal Ajibarang is public transportation that aims to facilitate people's mobility and reduce traffic congestion. After conducting initial observations in the field, several problems were identified that hampered the operational efficiency of the BRT Trans Banyumas. So it is necessary to evaluate performance and provide alternative solutions that can be implemented to improve BRT performance. This research was carried out by evaluating operational performance which includes load factor, intermediary time, waiting time, circulation time, travel speed, transportation availability, and number of passengers based on SK Dirjen No. 687 of 2002, Permenhub No. 10 of 2012, and Permenhub No. 98 of 2013. Evaluation based on the existing conditions of the BRT Trans Banyumas in the form of BRT basics, service planning, infrastructure, stations, communications, access integration, and point deductions referring to the provisions of The BRT Standard 2016. Based on the results of the operational performance evaluation analysis on holidays and weekdays, several indicators do not meet the standards, namely load factor, intermediary time, waiting time, and number of passengers. Evaluation results based on The BRT Standard 2016, BRT Trans Banyumas received a total score of 21.5. Alternative solutions that can be implemented are evaluating OD, evaluating the location of bus stop points along the corridor, updating bus departure schedules by shortening the time between them according to applicable standards, conducting regular outreach to the community around the corridor and maximizing performance by The BRT Standard 2016.
