Asphalt-concrete mixture is one of the surface layers in flexible pavement construction. This layer is an AC WC (Asphalt Concrete - Wearing Course) wear layer which is in direct contact with traffic loads. In addition, AC-WC has the smoothest texture compared to other types of Laston. Then there is AC-BC (Asphalt Concrete – Binder Course), which is a layer that is located below the wearing course and above the base course. In this study, the AUSTROADS method was used to determine pavement thickness. This thickness will later be used in CIRCLY 6.0 to determine the effect of using thin asphalt on the road surface to model a partially rough interface. The assumptions used so far for the (AC-WC) and (AC-BC) interfaces are really crude. However, in practice, perfect hard conditions are not achieved due to the situation and conditions. The results of this study obtained pavement thickness calculations, namely asphalt layers with a thickness of 60 mm and 115 mm, cement material of 200 mm, and granular material of 150 mm. The results of the analysis of modeling thin asphalt, the vertical direction Z = 0 mm, the smaller the value of the elastic modulus the greater (1600 MPa) has interface conditions that are close to rough and the range is small. In the horizontal direction at a distance of Z = 200 mm and Z = 350 mm, the use of a larger elastic modulus value (1600 MPa) has an interface condition that is close to coarse with a large range.en_US
