    Abstract
Indonesia is located in the boundary area between the Eurasian, Pacific and Indo-Australian plates which can collide at any time, causing tectonic earthquakes. The earthquake that occurred in 2006 in Yogyakarta and Central Java caused casualties and damaged more than 206 thousand houses. The government's efforts to manage disasters are by realizing the implementation of disaster risk reduction, namely reducing the vulnerability of buildings. This research aims to evaluate the vulnerability of 1 (one-story) residential buildings. The research locations are in Gersik, Kergan and Bongsren hamlets which have the title of Disaster Resilient Village/Subdistrict (DESTANA) with high, medium and low earthquake threat levels. The research method uses the ACeBS (Quick Simple Building Assessment) feature in the InaRISK Personal Application. The research results showed that the vulnerability value in Dusuk Gersik was 80% low, 15% medium and 5% high. Then, in Kergan Hamlet, 35% are low, 60% are medium and 5% are high. Meanwhile in Bongsren Hamlet the results were 65% low and 35% medium. Based on the research results, follow-up action is needed from the building owner as well as support from the government to be able to repair and strengthen the house, so that casualties and material losses can be minimized.
