Perbandingan produktivitas tenaga kerja ketika terjadi tundaan dengan ketika tundaan diminimalisir pada pekerjaan pemasangan granit
Abstract
Productivity in construction projects is measured by fieldwork

Productivity in construction projects is measured by the effectiveness of
fieldwork. Delays such as chatting or smoking can reduce productivity
and ultimately affect the overall volume and value of work. Therefore, it
is important to avoid unproductive activities during the execution of
construction projects.
The research was carried out by means of direct observation in the
field at the granite installation workman with a size of 15x60 cm in the
Student Dormitory project of Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta.
The method used in this research is the MPDM method or Method
Productivity Delay Model. The results of the data analysis that has been
carried out obtained the difference between the overall productivity and
the ideal in the handyman with a delay of 0.858 m2/hour with a
percentage comparison of 75.608%, while when the delay is minimized,
the difference is 0.278 m2/h with a percentage comparison of 92.706%.
In the overall productivity of builders with a delay of 2.660 m2/h then
after the delay is minimized the productivity of builders becomes 3.531
m2/h, so that the overall productivity of granite installers increases by
32.745%.
