Assessment mutu infrastruktur dan lingkungan pada perumahan bersubsidi (studi kasus perumahan Grahatama Hills)

Abstract

The demand for housing continues to rise as a basic human need. The realization of the million-home program, which reached 79,568 units by the end of February 2024, reflects this trend. However, subsidized housing, which is the government's focus, often fails to meet comfort standards, particularly in terms of infrastructure and environment. This research is intended to assess the satisfaction of residents in Grahatama Hills Housing, Yogyakarta, and provide recommendations for the implementation of quality management on variables with low satisfaction levels. The data collection method used was direct observation and closed-ended questionnaires. The results of research conducted, it is evident that the satisfaction assessment of Grahatama Hills housing residents regarding the aspects of infrastructure and housing environment is quite good. In the infrastructure aspect, the variable with the lowest satisfaction percentage is the roads and sidewalks, at 11.54%. Meanwhile, in the environmental aspect, the variable with the lowest satisfaction percentage is waste management (waste collection and waste processing), at 17.33%. The quality management recommendation for the roads and sidewalks variable is to focus development efforts on the inhabited areas. For the waste management variable, the recommended quality management is to integrate recycling technology, waste processing, and disposal.
