This higher demand has an impact on the construction sector, especially in housing development. The government pays special attention to people with Regional Minimum Wage (UMR) income as a solution to help new families realize their dream of owning a home. The Ministry of PUPR, through the Directorate General of Housing, seeks to implement the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System (QMS) in determining the location of infrastructure, facilities and utilities (PSU) assistance for subsidized housing in Indonesia. The object of this research is in Grahatama Hills Subsidized Housing Yogyakarta. Data sources are obtained from direct interviews with respondents and literature studies. Data collection by observation and questionnaire. Then analyze the data using the mean method obtained from dividing the number of variables by the total number of respondents.
