The population growth in Indonesia that continues to increase every year,
along with the improvement of people's economic conditions, has led to
an increase in the need for housing. This higher demand has an impact
on the construction sector, especially in housing development. The
government pays special attention to people with Regional Minimum
Wage (UMR) income as a solution to help new families realize their
dream of owning a home. The Ministry of PUPR, through the Directorate
General of Housing, seeks to implement the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality
Management System (QMS) in determining the location of infrastructure,
facilities and utilities (PSU) assistance for subsidized housing in
Indonesia. The object of this research is in Grahatama Hills Subsidized
Housing Yogyakarta. Data sources are obtained from direct interviews
with respondents and literature studies. Data collection by observation
and questionnaire. Then analyze the data using the mean method obtained
from dividing the number of variables by the total number of respondents.
To determine the quality of buildings in subsidized housing, a statistical
approach is used with the help of Microsoft Excel software, namely using
the mean formula. The results of this study obtained from a total of 21
assessment variables there are 10 variables that get a fairly good score,
1 variable that gets a very good score, 7 variables that get a good score,
and 3 variables that get a bad score.
